ReserveOne Original Tool · Evidence-First Due Diligence

Major Purchase Evidence Checklist Builder

Create a personalized evidence checklist for a luxury vehicle, home, aircraft, yacht, watch, or other major purchase—and separate verified documents from estimates and sales claims.

How it works

Select an asset type and the evidence categories that matter. The tool produces a printable checklist. It does not verify documents or replace legal, tax, inspection, appraisal, survey, title, or financial advice.

How to use this tool for evidence collection

Treat official records and credentialed professional reports as stronger evidence than marketing statements or verbal assurances. Record the issuer, date, asset identifier, expiration, and unresolved questions.

Interpretation

Save the assumptions beside the result and identify which inputs are confirmed, estimated, or still unknown. Recalculate when a quote expires, the holding period changes, or due diligence reveals a new obligation.

Limitations

A completed checklist does not eliminate fraud, hidden defects, legal disputes, or future changes.

For a material purchase, review the output with the professionals responsible for legal, tax, insurance, financing, condition, and regulatory questions.
