How to request a correction

Send the page URL, the statement you believe is inaccurate, and a supporting primary or authoritative source through our contact page. We review specificity, source quality, materiality, and whether the page could mislead a reader.

Our correction standard

  • Material factual errors are corrected promptly after verification.
  • Substantive corrections are recorded on this page with the affected URL and date.
  • Minor spelling, formatting, accessibility, and broken-link repairs may be made without a public log entry.
  • Changing market prices, rates, or provider terms are handled through review dates and source notes when they do not reflect an original error.

Editorial independence

How corrections are handled

ReserveOne distinguishes between routine maintenance and material corrections. Typographical fixes, formatting changes, and link repairs may be made without changing the substance of an article. A material correction is used when a factual statement, formula, comparison, or cited source changes in a way that could affect a reader’s understanding or decision.

Readers can report a possible error through the contact page. Submissions are reviewed against the cited source, the publication date, and the methodology used on the page. When a material change is confirmed, the affected page is updated and the correction is documented so readers can understand what changed and why.
